‘The Taco’ for B1 Seatpost

Preventative maintenance for your Reverb B1 seatpost, this basic service will extend the lifespan of your investment.

Details of ‘The Taco’ Service:

  • Disassemble, clean, and inspect all moving parts
  • Replace upper collar including bushing and seal
  • Replace inner seal-head bushing and brass keys
  • Reassemble and torque to manufacturer specifications
  • Flush hydraulic line and switch mechanism
  • Replace bleed port seals
  • Full function test of Reverb
RECOMMENDED SERVICE INTERVAL
 50 hours
Rock Shox suggests basic servicing of B1 Seatposts every 50 hours of riding time. If you ride in very dusty, wet or muddy conditions your seatpost may require more frequent care.
