Rock Shox A1-A2 (Basic Maintenance)

Preventative maintenance for your Reverb A1-A2 seatpost, this basic service will extend the lifespan of your investment.

Typical A1-A2 Seatpost Service includes:

  • Disassemble, clean, and inspect all moving parts
  • Replace upper collar including bushing and seal
  • Reset IFP, replace inner seal-head bushing, replace fluid
  • Reassemble and torque to manufacturer specifications
  • Flush hydraulic line and switch mechanism
  • Replace bleed port seals
  • Full function test of Reverb

RECOMMENDED SERVICE INTERVAL
Rock Shox suggests basic servicing of the A1-A2 Seatpost every 50 hours of riding time. If you ride in very dusty, wet or muddy conditions your seatpost may require more frequent care.
